hmm tinggi gk calories yg bole dibakar oleh body cik jue..so make sure tolak siap2 500kcal perday utk lose weight..bole agk nk mkn ape..tgk nilai kalori dlm foods..byk dlm internet..google jek..especially bende2 ringan bg kita yg tinggi kalori mcm kuih muih n mee goreng..its better to take rice+vege+protein rather than mee goreng yg oily tp xkenyang..hehe..good luck cik jue..insyaAllah berjaya..

thanx share info ni.. thanx juga kt suziey bg cadangan...

yanpn dah kire... BMI.. overweight.. kalori sepatutnnye burn/day 1381..
dah kira2 aktiviti (byk aktiviti housework) insya Allah buleh bakar tp seme kena wat dlm stgh jam..
tp bab makan.. kene pahamkn lg.. nak belek kalori tak reti..
